Dr. Ajax Mohamed

Dr. Ajax Mohamed is a highly accomplished academic, researcher, and industry leader with over two decades of experience spanning research, academia, technical sales, and marketing. He holds a Doctorate in Chemistry from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), India, where he received the prestigious DAAD fellowship, leading him to pursue post-doctoral research at George August University in Göttingen, Germany. Dr. Mohamed continued his research journey at Goethe University, Frankfurt, with Prof. Auner’s team, contributing to advanced teaching and research in Chemistry.
In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Mohamed has made significant strides in fostering international cooperation and professional development. As the founding President of the AMU Alumni Association Germany e.V., he plays a pivotal role in building strong alumni networks, promoting cultural exchange, and nurturing educational collaborations between India and Germany. His vision has been instrumental in supporting the growth and development of AMU alumni in Europe.
Dr. Mohamed’s leadership extends to other prestigious organizations as well. He has been a key figure in Kerala Samajam Frankfurt (KSF) for over 20 years, serving as President in 2019, and previously holding roles such as Secretary and Treasurer. Additionally, he is the Treasurer and a Board Member of TiE Germany, an organization committed to fostering entrepreneurship, where he actively mentors aspiring entrepreneurs and supports future business leaders.
Before his industry career, Dr. Mohamed began his professional journey in academia as the Principal of ABK Union High School. His educational foundation was laid at Sainik School Kazhakootam, followed by a Bachelor's degree at Aligarh Muslim University, where he served as President of the AMU Research Scholars Association (AMURSA). After six years in academia, he transitioned to industry, gaining expertise in technical sales, R&D, marketing, and leadership roles. His rich industry experience complements his academic background, making him a well-rounded leader in both educational and industrial spheres.

Imran Ahmad is a dedicated IT management professional from Varanasi, India, with a strong academic background and a passion for community building. As a founding member of the AMU Alumni Association of Germany, Imran has been instrumental in fostering connections and providing guidance to newcomers, ensuring they have the support needed for seamless onboarding and integration into German society.
Imran completed his schooling in Varanasi before graduating in Geology from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). His passion for technology led him to pursue a degree in Computer Science from Jamia Millia Islamia, followed by an MS in IT Management from the University of Lübeck, Germany.
With a rich career that includes associations with the United Nations and various roles across Germany, Imran now works as a seasoned IT management professional in the banking sector in Frankfurt am Main. He is committed to developing a strong alumni network that not only supports the next generation but also contributes to Germany's economy and success.
